What a programme looks like
A SiBR programme starts by standing up a working prototype in your own SAP landscape, usually within a few weeks, so stakeholders can evaluate the process against real orders early. Because master data is authored by business users rather than programmed, plant teams typically begin building master batch records after about a week of training.
From there the work is configuration and adaptation of the accelerator modules rather than bespoke development. The same recipe templates move with you through development, quality and production using SiBR’s download/upload tooling, which keeps validation predictable.
