Industries

Built for regulated manufacturing

SiBR was designed primarily for life sciences customers, where the record is as regulated as the product — and built on process patterns that hold across industries.

Primary

Pharmaceutical and biotech

Batch manufacture where the electronic batch record, signature, deviation handling and audit trail carry regulatory weight, and release time is a commercial constraint.

Primary

Medical devices

Device history records, controlled assembly sequence and traceability of components and equipment through production.

Adjacent

Food, beverage and nutrition

Recipe control, allergen and changeover discipline, and traceability from raw material through to the shipped lot.

Adjacent

Speciality and fine chemicals

Process orders with tight parameter control, where deviations need to be visible while the batch is still in progress.

Evidence

Proven in regulated manufacturing

Case study

Enterprise EBR live in nine months

A European manufacturer replaced its existing electronic MES with SiBR across packaging to harmonise global operations on SAP. Because SiBR’s master-data model needs no interfaces, the plant team began authoring master batch records after about a week of training. The fully integrated enterprise solution went live in nine months, with the second production batch completed within days — and operators’ first reaction was “this is SAP? It is much faster than our old system.”
